Welcome to Resolute Fitness, the premiere training facility in the Central Valley! Whether you desire to reshape your body or need total athletic training, we at Resolute use a knowledgeable approach to training to help you achieve your goals. We take your individual fitness goals and make them attainable in systematic programs which are tailored individually to you. We show you that true health is acquired through a lifetime of change, not just a few weeks of diet and exercise.


    This is the newest evolution of training the human body; a 21st century approach to training which Resolute provides. We begin with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to asses each and every client. From there, we use the information we have gathered to design an individualized program that not only targets your personal weaknesses, but also builds upon your existing strengths. Even our group classes are tailored to the individual. There is no “one-size-fits-all” mentality here. Our clientele at Resolute varies from people working on mobility & just trying to lose weight to professional athletes, we use the latest scientific approach to everything that we do, and our prerogative is geared towards getting you your best results ever!


    There are no high-pressure sales tactics at Resolute either; we are transparent with all of our rates and will gladly explain the methodology behind any program we design for you. We have over a decade of experience in athletics and fat loss and are educated in what works.

We use the Functional movement screen to assess all clients and no two programs are ever the same, even our classes change regularly
